UkraineLab forum in Berlin
UkraineLab in Berlin is an interdisciplinary and cross-sectoral forum for innovative solutions in civil society and culture of Ukraine.
The forum united about 200 participants from Ukraine, as well as other European countries (about 15 countries in general). Forum events took place in 8 locations. 25 facilitators, speakers and trainers were involved in the forum. On the opening day of the forum, the world-famous composer and pianist of Ukrainian origin Lyubomyr Melnyk gave a concert.

On the opening day of the forum, the world-famous composer and pianist of Ukrainian origin Lyubomyr Melnyk gave a concert.
Our agency organized the working space, booked 4 hotels and 13 locations, communicated with participants and speakers, organized translation and booked tickets. In addition, we organized the first concerts of the famous pianist Lubomir Melnyk and the Kyiv indie band "5 вимір" (The 5th Dimension) in Berlin.
The opening of the forum took place in the Berlin representative office of Robert Bosch Foundation and began with welcoming words from employees of the German Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a discussion "New activism in/for Ukraine and Europe: the power of a story". A famous writer and laureate of the Ingeborg Bachmann Prize Katya Petrovska took part in the discussion.
More than 15 open events took place during the forum. In particular, the presentation of the study "#EngagEUkraine. Engagement der Ukrainianr in Polen und Deutschland" (Institute of European Policy IEP (Berlin, Germany) and Institute of Public Policy (Warsaw, Poland) as well as ten innovative scientific developments of doctoral students and young scientists from the Ukrainian-German context.

Among other events — a night of documentary films, literary readings with Sofia Andrukhovych, Andrii Bondar, Bohdan Logvynenko and Volodymyr Rafienko, as well as other discussions, presentations and meetings.
Similar forums were held by our agency in Kherson, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kyiv, Kramatorsk and Sloviansk.
